1, Strictly control the construction ambient temperature.The most suitable temperature for polyurethane foaming reaction is 20-25℃. If the ambient temperature cannot be changed, please tell us the ambient temperature you are in in time.
2, Strictly control the ratio of black and white materials. The ratio of ordinary materials is 1:1.
3, The mixing of black and white materials in polyurethane insulation materials is as uniform as possible.It is recommended to use a motor with a speed greater than 1200 rpm and a spraying machine to reach a certain pressure during the mixing process (manual stirring causes uneven mixing, resulting in large bubbles, crisp foam, low release rate, etc.).
4, Temperature resistance.The temperature resistance of products formed by ordinary polyurethane materials is 70℃, and the temperature resistance of products formed by high-temperature polyurethane materials is 160℃.
5, Flame retardant properties.The meaning of flame retardant is self-extinguishing from the fire, not non-combustible.The oxygen index of B2-grade flame-retardant polyurethane foam reached 26, and the oxygen index of B1-grade flame-retardant polyurethane foam reached 32.
6, Reaction performance.The reaction performance indicated on the analysis report form we provide is established under specified conditions (such as temperature, stirring speed, mixing time, material ratio). If within the 6-month shelf life, due to changes in temperature and other factors, the foaming speed is too fast or too slow to be constructed, it is not a quality problem.
7, Polyurethane insulation material deteriorates.The apparent phenomenon of deterioration of the combined polyether is: ①the color darkens.②the viscosity increases.③The smell is strong and you can smell sour.④The reaction performance decreases significantly; if the onset is slow, it will not be fixed for a long time.⑤The middle part of the foam is red.The shelf life of the combined polyether we provide is guaranteed to be six months.
